When you live across the globe from a company business can sometimes be difficult to conduct in the manner you are used to when just dealing with domestic USA companies. Well Silverline changed my opinion of that completely with every aspect of how they run their operation. Everything was so streamlined & professional; and went exactly as if I was ordering something from right down the street. Additionally, likely the biggest part for me was an amazing customer service representative who was ALWAYS there for me to answer any questions or discuss any issues. Rahul is an amazing asset to this company and in my opinion has very likely played a large role in the success of the company as a whole. I truly hope he never leaves - but if he did I’d want him working at my company! Thanks Rahul & Silverline!

Very poor unprofessional service from the director Raul. Simply no standards and poor communication. One of the really worst business experiences in my life; truly amateur service. Update (July 2020) WATCH OUT. This company and Rahul are unethical and cheaters. I placed an order from Silverline Medicare Pvt Ltd on April 8, 2020 and up to this date the order is not received. Based on post office site tracking, the item is still in Mumbai, India with status “Item Bagged”. I could not wait any longer as obviously this is a very long time already even considering COVID-19 situation. I request the supplier to refund me my money and ask for his product to be returned since I ordered from another source. I asked him to show me a solid proof that the package left India and he did not which raises a big question! He didn’t even take the time and effort to check with Indian post and simply ignored the package. I have been emailing him regularly to check with post office as the product is still there but he tells me it is in Saudi Arabian customs which based on the tracking site it is not. I contacted Saudi customs and post to check and they informed me it has not reached Saudi Arabia. He keeps ignoring me asking me to stop emailing him. He is a low-life individual with poor manners and careless to his customers.
