From my husband's and I first visit to talk about our case we were made extremely comfortable. Josh showed a sensitivity you don't see from most people. We came with out almost newborn baby and he immediately let me know he could offer me a private room if the baby got hungry. I could tell we were in good hands. Josh was honest the whole time and throughout the case he always kept us informed and updated. So grateful he made what could have been a stressful experience and comfortable as possible.
