Had massive issues with purchasing publications from Claire Pashley who owns this music school. Not just on one but multiple occasions. When I asked why an order for nearly 100 of exam materials had not been sent out she said there had been no payment made (after pushing and pushing for a conversation on the phone). Thankfully I had card payment proof on my credit card statement to challenge Claire. Claire’s response was to ignore me, not return calls and generally be incredibly unprofessional. To take a card payment and not provide goods is nothing short of fraudulent and Claire never showed any care or regard for this fact. In the end I had to claim through my credit card company for non delivery of product and purchase my students exam material directly through the exam board. Not good enough Claire. All you needed to do was speak to me on the phone, investigate and apologise. You couldn’t be bothered.
