was depositing a substantial amount of money in my new BMO investment account. I was providing them with a bank draft from TD. They told me they were freezing the funds for 10 business days 3 days to transfer into my trading account . Thus 14 days before I could access my money. The teller not not pleasant and did not care. Worst banking experience of my life

Work change bank location due to Delhi being closed and no way to get to bank for closes and not open on wknds is hard for business who use this bank .. should be opened longer considering no ones done work before 3
Where do I start....honestly not worth the breath. Just don't bank here.
The 3 stars are for the staff here. The cashiers are great! Beyond that you are either told by the manager to go to the ATM, or have to have an appointment. All of this of course is in the midst of the fact that this location is only open for a few hours a day. A real challenge for people who work to actually get to. Especially if you have no interest in online banking.
