I have been with RBC since 1970. Sometimes there is a line, sometimes not, just the same as Walmart. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
Be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes in line. At least. The staff is friendly and helpful it is not enough to keep me coming back. This is a RBC problem. I always spend much longer in an RBC line than all other lines throughout my week combined. If your transaction cannot be done online or at the ATM avoid this branch like the plague.
Very slow service. Walked out several times.
Horribly slow and Branch Manager just stands around chatting holding up lines
