When we moved to the area 18 months ago we used Simon Karl. There service has been exceptional and professional. And made our move less stressful. We have decided now to move to a bigger house and we are using them again. Still there service is very good. I would defiently recommend them to anyone. Carley who works there is an asset to them really helpful. Always has time for you and answers any questions you may have.

We instructed Simon Karl 5 years ago to rent our house out, they found the perfect tenant who pays every month on time and has kept the house in pristine condition. We have recommended friends to them over the years and they have been equally as happy. From our experience I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone renting or selling their house.
This bunch of cowboys let my house - They told me that they had a nice professional couple with good jobs and contracts were signed.. When they rent didn't get paid I visited the house to find an unemployed pregnant 21 year old single mother with a herd of smelly cats was the tenant. I would not recommend Simon Karl at all - avoid them!
So far very impressed with all aspects and very happy for this company to represent us in the renting of our bungalow....
Used them as a rental agent, worst service I have ever experienced. Poor communication, just didn't seem to care!
