Hey Simonik Team, Yesterday I had my household delivered by an incredible crew of gentlemen. Gerald Austin, Darnell Murphy, and Jerel were so professional, thoughtful, and great at their jobs. They were the best move-in crew I've had throughout the time I spent in the military (over 9 total moves). We recently used Simonik for our house move. They were super helpful with advice and answering any questions we had. They even helped us to bring in an expert mover to take apart and move our treadmill. The guys that did the actual move (Gerald, Saleem, Jerel, Devere, Bubba and Gary) were professional and very friendly! They showed up on time and walked us through the moving process. At the time I was 8 months pregnant so they made sure I was comfortable with everything. I can’t say enough good things about the guys that did our move! I would recommend Simonik to all of my friends and family that are thinking about moving.

I thought my move had been excellent. Unfortunately during my move one of their people stole stole an artist crafted fountain. It was deliberately left off my inventory making it impossible to claim. I was refereed to arbitration which would nearly outweigh the costs of my fountain. The responses i have received from the company were minimal and the van driver did not respond to my messages.

Having had a positive experience previously, Simonik Transportation was our choice of movers. Chris, the estimator, was readily available and pleasant. Cathy Balnis, Coordinator, was responsive to our questions and helpful. The moving team, Hector, Antonio, and Luis, were prompt, hard working, efficient, and experienced. We appreciated their “whatever it takes” attitude.
