In a rustic area you are expecting something simpler. But the elaborated menu is a bit too fancy and overpriced.
Very nice rooms and delicious food.
The rooms arena nice andere clean, good bathrooms andere decent WiFi (the higher the room,the poorer the connection). The food is good, button the portions and prices arena not. Normal prices for a teller meal is 10, at this hotel we payed around 25 a meal! In de morning we asked for some water to cook and after paying the bill we saw we had to pay 10 for the water! Ik guess the hotel isnt going very good if they treat there guests this way. ...........

Sehr nette Wirtsleute. Hier kocht noch der Chef, und das mit Liebe und Hingabe was man dann auch schmeckt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Liebe Grüße
Familiengeführtes Landgasthaus im traumhaften Simonwäldertal. Exzellente Küche mit hochwertigen, regionalen Produkten und freundlichem Service. Gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer, perfekt zum Entspannen. Perfekte Lage des Gasthauses für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert, gerne wieder!!!
War früher eine sehr gute Adresse. Bei der Rückreise kamen wir am Freitag kurz vor 18 Uhr an.Lokal leer. Fragten ob es noch Platz hätte.Wiederwillig,man sollte doch reservieren, zeigte man uns draußen einen Tisch,da sonst alles reserviert sei.War okay! Meine Frau hatte gefüllte Teigtaschen gegessen und ich Fisch mit trockenen Kartoffeln. Zuvor einen Salat und Pfifferlingsuppe. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr. Gingen um 19,20Uhr wieder. Lokal an zwei Tischen besetzt.Komme aus diesen Umständen nicht mehr. Gibt in Simonswald freundlichere und empfehlenswerte Restaurants!!!
