Simplicity Cremations in Beckenham

I used Simplicity Cremations recently for my late husband, partly because he expressed a wish to have this type of service. I was a little unsure at first, but once I had the agreement of any close family I decided to go ahead. Firstly it was very simple, I felt they cared about my husband and our decision to have a simple unattended cremation. The gentleman that attended my house to talk through the cremation was very professional and made the process very simple and I found it nowhere near as hard as when I’ve before attended a funeral parlour. I choose to have his ashes returned to me, which was done by the same person who had attended my home for the arrangements. It contained a certificate from the crematorium. As well as the ashes being tagged and authenticated. Now some weeks later I still feel I made the right decision for my husband, myself and my daughters. We had a lovely day to celebrate his life which was not tainted by an awful funeral beforehand. Obviously this was just our wishes and I do fully understand why some people feel the need to have an attended funeral.
