I was recommended this garage from others my workplace after I had trouble with my car wipers. They were very accommodating in assisting me, and overall they provided a very good and fair service. They have been very professional and open with all of our interactions and I am grateful for the investigation work that they performed in identifying the original problem. I would recommend this garage to anyone in the Crawley area!

Not happy at all. My friend's car broke down and got recovered to this garage for a new clutch to be installed. Since having the car back she has had nothing but problems, hazard lights going off, coolant was leaking and there was a strange leak in the driver side footwell. When we got the RAC to come back out to look at the vehicle as it was still not safe to drive, they confirmed the garage messed up the simple job of changing the clutch and all the electrics of the vehicle was not working along with the coolant leaking and parts of the engine not re-attached properly. The car was then taken back to the garage to be fixed, of which we was then asked to provide pictures of the car before we originally took it to the garage to prove it was their fault. When we could not provide the pictures, we was told it was not their fault and they could not fix the car as it was not their fault and they 'do not do electric there' and we was left with a broken car. We have now taken it to another garage where they was able to sort the electric out and also advised the heater matrix was broken so that also had to be replaced. In the picture provided you can see the old heater matrix compared to the new one, this is how it was left after the car was taken to this garage and they ognored it and refused to correct it. Do Not use this garage if you have a major problem with your car, they will make it worse and then tell you they cannot fix it.
Had my car taken here on the recommendation of an AA mechanic. The throttle body had failed and the dealership I usually go to wasn't able to look at it for weeks and the closer recommended garage was going to struggle to fit it in until next week. As such I was delighted that they were able to diagnose the fault the same day and even happier when they told me that they'd probably have the part replaced by lunchtime the next day. Over the phone they were very helpful, and I felt comfortable asking questions of them. I phoned them to check my car in while it was being taken in. They phoned me after diagnosing the problem to let me know what was wrong, how much it would cost, and whether I was happy for them to carry out the work. They then phoned me to confirm my car was ready for pick-up, and were chill about me just picking the car up whenever I could within opening hours. Picking the car up today was easy and straight forward and the chap in the office was pleasant to talk to about the car and the part replacement. While there I noticed their workshop looked like the cleanest, tidiest and well organised workshop I've seen, so I'm confident in their work. Driving the car home everything seems good. I've had a quick look over the work myself and it is all neat and tidy, once again making me feel confident in their work. Overall very happy with the work carried out. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.
I've been taking my cars to this garage even way before they relocated and can't just compare the services they do as I've also been to other garages. They are honest with making assessments and would tell me honestly what needs to be done and what does it involve financially. While we all are tight with budget and finances during these challenging times and most often we search for a \cheap\ service, I would recommend Simply Fix to all as they are there to help, discuss and try the best they can to get the works done for you. Easy to deal with and you can wait while your car is being fixed as the name of the garage suggests - Simply Fix!
