My experience at this salon was mostly negative. I have thick curly hair and I have so much trouble with hairdressers saying they know how to cut and style it and actually having no idea. The first cut I had at this salon was bad. My hair was left in chunky layers after I asked for it to be thinned out and blended well. I decided to try one of the other stylists and I had a few great cuts by a hairdresser who has now left that salon. So I tried a third and it was a disaster. Again my hair was left in chunky uneven layers. I just wish hairdressers would admit when they have no idea how to cut curly hair!

I showed the hair dresser a photo of what I wanted, I even drew a diagram, I showed her a photo of what my hair was when I liked it and still she manged to give me a hair cut I that made me feel ashamed of my appearance.
