The experience has always been great. The dentists are always smiling and go above and beyond to create excellent customer service. I enjoy it and having conversations with the dentists. There is great communication to make the experience go smoothly.

I had tooth pain and called Sinchai Family Dental and they were able to see me next day. Dr. Sinchai took several X-rays and the problem was not immediately diagnosable. But, because Dr. Sinchai took my pain seriously, he kept looking and examining me and then found that I had the beginning of an abscess in a capped tooth. He was able to advise me on next steps and will take care of the implant after the tooth is pulled. Dr. Sinchai is patient, thorough and a great dentist. Highly recommend.

All five stars are well-deserved! Before visiting Sinchai Family Dental, I hadn't been to a dentist in a very, very long time due to a traumatic experience as a teen. Inevitably, a toothache put me on the search for a new dentist and I was pleasantly surprised to find Shincai. I was open about my anxieties and the whole team was as kind and gentle as can be through every process. Everyone on staff had wonderful energy during my visits. I highly recommend this place.
