Being an American and not knowing any English or the intricacies of renting a home in Germany can be a whole lot of confusing and frustrating. Alessa at K&P has made this otherwise daunting experience incredibly simple and enjoyable. K&P is without a doubt one of the best property management companies that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them for both the quality of properties available AND more importantly their impeccable customer service! Alessa has gone out of her way to help me understand something as simple as a \welcome letter\ from the electric company. She does this with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. I cannot thank K&P enough for making my move to Germany that much more easier.

Vergeblich versuchte ich die Bankverbindung der WEG zu erfragen. Schweigen im Walde keine Antwort??? Das spricht nicht gerade von Seriösität. Wie soll man seinen Zahlungen nachkommen? Nicht zu empfehlen

Keine Ahnung was da los ist man wartet ewig auf eine Abrechnung dann kommt sie unvollständig. Es gibt keinen direkten Ansprechpartner. Man ist ständig am hinterherlaufen. Bei uns fehlt seid geschlagenen 4 Wochen ein Feuermelder im Treppenhaus weil die Batterie leer war. Die Hausverwaltung sowie der Hausmeisterservice sind nicht in der Lage dem Brandschutz nachzukommen.
