Friendly, flexible scheduling and responsive. Both the Dr and his assistant both speak English well - easy to work with. Clearly laid out the options for my dog - laid out the pros and cons of conservative management treatment and surgery. Unbiased and did not pressure me to choose one over the other. Takes VAT forms for tax exemption and does on the spot pet passports. Will return as needed.
