Very rude and impolite. Specially among the employees there is a woman who behaved very rude, wasted a lot of time without paying attention to what I was saying, to just at the end say I could not help. One of the reviewers expresses it as \talking to a machine\, but I say worse than a machine because at least a machine cannot be rude.

Update: July 2020 - They are nice, wait times are below 10 minutes, they have proper measures against the visus and I can't understand the bad reviews! Very supportive, some waiting time just before closing time but no one is told to come back another day.

The worker is just a machine! when I need help i asked him: what should I do ? he only say: no you can't . I asked again : I know I can not do that but I'm asking what should I do? Plz give me solution? He didnt listen to me and break me with inpatient : no ,you can not . Many people are waiting. You can not do that .......... So far what I v heard most in this office was just one word : NO ... I only got one reply is NO whatever what question i v asked. I was talking to a machine over ten minutes and just received NO !!!! Great DHL Great post office . great worker. I WON'T SAY NO BECAUSE I WON'T COME HERE ANY MORE !
