I live in Portland, OR and wanted to surprise my sister with something special for her 40th birthday, so I decided to call Classic Singing Telegram of Philadelphia! The whole experience was beyond great! Not only did my sister love it, but it was fun for our whole family to experience. Also, we had to move some things around day off, and the folks at CSTP were so understanding and accommodating! 20 stars! They were amazing!!!
