Great place! Had coffee/breakfast one day and dinner another. Canaloni was great!

Just outstanding! Salmon steaks and a steak with cream sauce plus that marvelous fresh salad for dinner. Even the bread was memorable. Wide wine choices and a friendly waitress who speaks enough English to make it all work easily in a well decorated, open patio room with outside tables too. Open early so we've been twice so far, hoping for a third. With very reasonable prices as well, it is highly, Highly Recommended.

Very accessible and confortable. If you stay outside, the view is a typical mixture of Sintra nature and architecture.

I had my fathers birthday there, they reserved a lounge for us and we had the best food! Very good value for your money and the a good experience for traditional Portuguese cuisine

Mediocre. Even lower prices do not justify time and taste buds wasted. Skip. Food with no real ingredients or substance. Fail. Even salad is a poor satire on food. Avoid.

The best coffee in Sintra, outstanding wine choice, the head staff , charming high society ladies.

Terrible experience! Went here for a birthday dinner and was very disappointed by the food. The olives were bitter, and the “sausage” was dry and flavorless. On top of this, our risotto dish was bizarrely covered in cream and looked like rice pudding... so heavy and didn’t look anything like the photo. Although the service was friendly and the atmosphere is nice I suggest skipping this place and going to sao Pedro 26 (a neighborhood restaurant that all the expats love). It’s too bad we skipped 26 in favor for this restaurant because it was super expensive (40 euro for two) and was a complete let down. I truly think the management doesn’t eat their own food or else they would see that they need to make some improvements in the kitchen staff.
