Humming Bird

The staff in DHL here including the female in-charge are not freindly and have very poor customer service. They talk like as if we are slaves! They don‘t understand the meaning of customer or the service provider. They need to get serious customer service training and go by strong filters of trainings to correct their attitude. There is two female and one male staff whom are really unhelpful and disaster to deal with. I hope the DHL management run a survey and do investigation on this DHL point. The dark hair woman is the in-charge of this point and the rudest. Even they don‘t smile to the customer face. I decided to write this review after 3 times facing unsatisfactory and 2 times unsatisfactory of people I know from this DHL point of service. I suggest you to look for another location of DHL to get your services done.

Inkompetenz und Unfreundlichkeit ist dort Alltäglich. Paket per Nachnahme geht dort nicht. Muss man online machen oder in eine andere Filiale fahren . Ich Frage mich nur was ist mit unseren älteren Mitbürgern die sich mit PC usw nicht auskennen. Manchmal wünsche ich mir den guten alten Postboten aus den 80 er zurück.

Unfreundliches Personal unglaublich inkompetent ich rate jedem eine andere Postfiliale in der Umgebung aufzusuchen früher war diese Postfiliale gut heute ist sie das schlechteste was ich kenne
