I couldn't ask for a better accounting firm. They have a professional and courteous staff. They are knowledgeable regarding real estate tax law and very efficient. We will be working with them again.

I paid pretty good money to have my 2017 tax returns done here. I usually do them myself, but I was too busy this time and so hired K&K because they had been personally recommended to me. Unfortunately, I got audited, and when I shared my audit notice to K&K, I had to pay 150 for them to write a letter to the IRS. The IRS did not accept their letter and explained that the initial tax returns were missing certain essential documents. I collected the supporting documents and sent them to K&K and asked them to write a new letter, but they said it would require another 100 payment and there was no guarantee it would work. At that point, I said no thanks, and I wrote the letter myself. Today, I got notice that the IRS accepted my letter. I am disappointed in K&K because 1) I have never been audited before using their services, 2) I feel it was their fault that the required documents were missing the first time, and 3) Since the initial error was theirs, I feel that they should have worked to resolve the problem without additional payments from me. I had an unfortunate experience with them and will not be going there again; however, I will note that they were always very prompt in replying to any of my calls or emails, and seemed professional. The person who recommend them to me has never had a bad experience, so maybe I am just unlucky. My advice for future people who hire them is to just be aware that, if you are audited, they will not address your audit issues without additional required payments.
