The last few times we have been in, the service is not great. Today we had a young man that had no personality, the girl working was fine. We stood there for quite a while and no one came to help us. Finally we opened and closed the door several times to make the bell ring so someone would come. The girl was in the restroom and the young man came from the back. She made our sandwiches, but he was slow putting toppings on and taking our money and again, not a smile or anything. Better change this soon or we won't be coming back..
Was in the sioux center subway last night and had bad service. The young man that was working was using obscene language and throwing things. Threatened to walk out in the middle of making a sandwich. Was closed before 10. Very rude person.
