They were great for my initial diagnosis but any time I have had any problem it takes them over a week to get back to me or more. Very frustrating especially when you don’t feel good.

The nurses & support staff were amazing!!! The gastro physician himself was rude, demeaning, and does not work well with others. I would not suggest using this specific clinic.

Requested I get a chest x-ray then refused to give me a doctor's order for one. They said I \had to go to the ER\ which was conveniently their own ER. Absolute disgrace to the medical community. They even lied to me saying they faxed one over to my local clinic.

I was told to check in prior to 9:30 to fill out paperwork for an Upper and Lower GI with Dr. Lapp. I was there early and then waited until 11:30 to even get into the procedure, they told me to have my ride be there at 11:30 because I would be done and recovered from anastesia by then. Found out there was a double booking and a patient in at the same time. POOR poor poor service my time costs money too.
