They will not help you no matter what the problem is. I tested positive for corona. I got home after my test and couldn’t really drive because I’ve been throwing up. I got a call saying I was positive and the only way you can get a note is from my portal. Well my portal does not work and only pulls up results from 2017 at the latest. I asked them if they could just please email it to me, my work didn’t have a fax number. I didn’t really have anyone to go get my note because my wife is sick as me. I pleaded please work with me I don’t feel good at all and I dont want anyone to drive. They don’t care. I wouldn’t get this type of service from Sanford. So if your sick don’t come here at all go somewhere else. The receptionist don’t care the nurses don't care.
