What an amazing experience start to finish! BJ was amazing, he got in touch with me as soon they got a vehicle in that he thought I would love (he was right) I also worked with Don who was wonderful enough to take my crazy calls when we were getting financing figured out. Highly recommend this dealership!

We were looking for a used Volkswagen Tiguan but could not find the right one locally. Big City Motors had the right trim we were looking for, but we were not sure about buying from so far away. We called and worked with B.J. who worked with us to understand about the car and decided to come up from Omaha and test drive it. This vehicle had the paperwork and receipts for all work done from the previous owner. It had one small problem that B.J. helped take care of for us, as they didn't want to sell the car with any issues. We were very pleased with the service, honesty, and how the sales personnel and owner acted with integrity. I would recommend taking a look at any vehicle on their lot and working with them for your next vehicle.

Every single time I've bought a vehicle I've had an over zealous salesman making myself and my wife feel uncomfortable and rushed.
