Made an Appointment to bring my bought new, still very low mileage (6900 mile) 2018 F-150 in to see what was wrong. During the last month the vehicle began having random starting issues. It seemed like it would start one minute just fine and an hour later need a jump. ON arrival Andrew assisted gathering and updating information with utmost professionalism. Checked my vehicle in, and set me up with a near new spotless F-150 loaner. I highly recommend the gentlemen at Sioux Falls Ford they were absolutely wonderful and didn't make a lady feel anything less than than I was in "The Right Place", Thank You.

I ran over a nail on Cliff Ave this morning on my way to work. I called Ford and spoke with a very nice young lady named Paige. She was very helpful and informative. She helped me get in touch with roadside assistance. I got the tire to Ford at 2pm. Service advisor Wyatt said he would have someone look at it right away and I could come back at 5pm when I got off work. They would either patch the tire or put on a new one. I roll up around 5:30pm and the quick lane had my spare off and the patched tire on before I knew it. I was able to stay in my vehicle the whole time. What a team effort to make a bad situation as painless as possible. Thank you Sioux Falls Ford!!!
