If I said I was less than impressed, that would be a huge understatement. 4 out of the 6 guys in my sons wedding, had wrong size pants. My son, the groom, even went back in to get the right size, because he literally couldn't even sit down, and was told that he must have gained weight. When in fact he lost weight. He had to pay for the tailoring on a new pair of pants, which is wrong. They messed up when measuring, not my son! Two other groomsmen were also extremely tight. One actually went and bought a pair of black pants at a box store in case he ripped them out. He was so miserable and decided to change even before the wedding began. When I went in to pick up my other sons suit, I was met with the owner and was told I needed to make an appointment but it would only take a couple minutes to tailor. None of this was ever explained to us on the process. He took about 5 minutes to lecture me on the process. As I was waiting to pay, I was then lectured on his political views. I couldn't get out of that place fast enough, but he took his time as he felt the need to make a point. Saying we shouldn't have large gatherings. Um excuse me...aren't you in business for large gatherings? You have no problem profiting from these gatherings. Just when I thought I was in the clear to leave, he walked me to my car and placed the suit in my car. VERY CREEPY! I would NEVER recommend this place. He didn't take care of his client and they spent good money in his store.

How David Jones even has 4.9 stars is disturbing. I wish I would of read the reviews before considering this place. We can relate to all of the other negative reviews and 100% say they are all SO true and the exact same experience for us as well. From our first appointment he was over 30 minutes late, acted like we didn’t have an appointment when we did. He made me, my fiancé, and my maid of honor feel like we weren’t supposed to be there. Stared at us like we were wasting his time and didn’t take the time to listen to us and just kept looking at his watch. David Jones is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He lost ALL but 3 of our 9 measurements. He even lost my fiancé’s, the actual groom measurements which David Jones took himself. He changed his story so many times, at one point saying I was going to bring them to the store. When he physically took my fiancé’s measurements himself. No one would return our calls when we would ask for more information, so I finally drove out to the store to see what was going on and give address for the suits to be shipped. He got confused in his own mess it was an embarrassment. I left BAWLING. And all he did was make up lies, blame me, would not stop rambling about a contract for an appointment and I shouldn’t even be in his store. He doesn’t even stop talking long enough to let you defend yourself and just blames you for his errors and took no accountability. We ended up getting our deposit back and dodged a huge bullet with this business. He even said that the only way he would give our money back is if we wouldn’t go on the internet and slander his business. This is nothing but an honest review from factual situations. And if our review with the exact same experience like the others saves someone else the trouble, he could of kept our money. It’s bad and I would never recommended David Jones.

I went into this store with great expectations of our son and his groomsmen having the best experience. We specifically chose this store so they would have a decent suit to keep after the wedding. Listening to the entire sales pitch from David himself about the amazing service for weddings and personal tailoring service (at least twice), how could we go wrong? This was nothing shy of a terrible experience - the promises of calling all the wedding party for their measurements (which never happened), the empty promises of suits being on the way when they weren’t even ordered yet, paying for the higher end suits and getting the cheap ill-fitted suits instead, the chaos in the store and disorganization of the complete experience, was the worst. This is our 3rd wedding in 5 years, we know what we can expect. Total waste of money!

Love David Jones Fashion!! David was amazing in helping our high school son find formal wear for homecoming and Senior pictures! He was attentive, knowledgeable, fun, and he definitely had an eye for high fashion! Great experience! Highly recommend!! Thank you!!
