Before my appointment my nerves were all over the place. Simply based off people’s horror stories... I watched her for two years admiring her work. I finally took the leap of faith and I am so glad I did. Not only was she the kindest person I had ever met, within a few minutes into our appointment my nerves went away. She is wonderful at explaining everything she was doing. She answered every question I had, and made conversation with me and my bf making it seem we knew it each other for years! She made sure I loved my eyebrow shape after she mapped it out, I honestly feel she would change it multiple times to make sure your happy. I was sure it was going to be painful, but she put numbing cream on and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. She asked me multiple times if I was doing okay and put more cream on if needed. She is the the sweetest soul and truly loves what she does. My eyebrows look phenomenal. Thank you so much Emma! ️
