For truckers, this place have nice people who unloaded me with an hour without a dock. Much appreciated. Very helpful hard working people. There's little truck fuel station with subway & Chester's right next to it if you are ever delivering here. Thanks guys for your quick service keep it up.

Wow! These guys come through again! My Gixxer had a small issue on Friday and needed a part that was not in stock...Empire got the part from Suzuki Monday morning. I still get to leave Tuesday morning for Northern Minnesota to lean through some curves! Thank you, Sam, Ryan and Ross! I highly recommend this crew!

Took my bike in to have the rear brakes inspected, have the bike serviced and detailed. I was originally quoted 4 to 500. When I went to pick the bike up my bill was over 1000. When I asked about it it seemed like the guy at the service desk got annoyed with me. After waiting for what seemed like forever, the service guy told me the computer system adds extra hours to each line item. Then had me pay 762. This was better but still way above what I was quoted. When I went to leave I noticed a fare amount of dust on the tank from someone's clothes, no big deal. I simply went and asked for a rag to wipe it down quick and the same service guy gave me an attitude about it. Won't be taking any of my bikes here again
