They have offered advice and support for the last 9 months or so. They have amazing prices on insects and even if they don't sell it they will recommend the best item or product for your situation. Their response time for communication is fantastic. I love everything about them. It may be worth noting that we have a happy and well fed bearded dragon and a thriving breeding colony of Dubia roaches. I decided to try breeding horn worms and it went so well that I had to take a break. I am working with them to resolve the issues that I had as well as getting advice on how to make it more efficient and hatch them better. I am about to get a praying mantis from them to help with the fruit flies in the soil we use for the worms and I know I will be getting a healthy insect and advice on how to raise it for a pet, a project, and what I ultimately need it to do. I just love working with them.

If I could I would give zero stars for this place. After making a purchase on the 28th with their online store, and received an automated email saying we have received your order. After getting through the weekend I tried to contact the seller via email for a status update on Monday. Later that evening after no response, I tried calling twice and both times the call went straight to voicemail. I started researching online a little and found their Facebook page and sent a message via Facebook messenger to which I got an automated response we’re not in the shop and will get back to you later. Tuesday I attempted to contact again via phone again and left a voice mail requesting a status update, by that afternoon I had no response so I sent another email requesting a cancellation and refund. Later that evening I finally heard back via Facebook messenger. During the messenger exchange I immediately requested the cancellation and refund, to which the person I was chatting with did their best to talk me into continuing. I again requested refund, we continued down the rabbit hole for about 10 minutes. In the end I was forced to take the product because I magically received an email after 7ish hours of initial notification of cancellation and 7 minutes after the messenger exchange that the items had shipped, and was then told that they don’t except returns. So no I have no choice to either pay for the items, or dispute the charge with my bank. Bottom line is this place is all about taking your money and cares nothing about customer service, so buyer beware.

My boyfriend and I ordered from this place because of the rave review on Snake Discovery's Youtube channel; needless to say, I am very disappointed in the service. We placed an order on June 12th and we know we missed their order window so we expected to wait until the following Sunday to get an order update. We finally got a pre-shipment label update on June 18th but other than that no shipping update. My boyfriend called and left a voicemail on June 21st but got no response. He sent an email, asking for a refund, received a response and we were told the post office doesn't scan all the boxes in bulk orders, and we should expect our order that night (we were told this Friday at 7pm EST) or Saturday. We did not receive on either dates and we did not get a refund. Also, on their site they don't have a live guarantee (from what I saw) so if we get our bugs anytime I expect them to be dead. Very disappointed in this business.
