I always use fedex print and ship for the more important packages. Its convenient and the staff is friendly knowledgeable..super easy to work with.

I really hate coming here. There was one guy there who was pleasant and efficient. Every time I come in here, I am usually ignored. When I nicely ask for service, I get sullen expressions. I think they are racist. The lady at the desk was so polite to the Caucasian man. Literally she did my shipping and walked off after placing the receipt on the desk. I repeat hate coming here. I only do so if I need to get something overnight and I missed the post office cut off time. They are twice as expensive as USPS but more than 50% less in quality of service.

Brought in Christmas cards for printing. Realized when I got home that the inside was printed upside down. Drove back 35 miles the next day. Different employee helped me, but original employee (Tyler) was immediately shown the bad cards. New cards were printed — correctly this time — but nobody offered a single “I’m sorry about that!” I know mistakes happen. I’d have left a good review if one of the two men offered any sort of apology. It goes a long way in customer service!

Hit or miss at this location. I ship on a weekly basis, and this is the place I usually visit. Sometimes you will have a great experience with the shipping professional, other times you get someone who is rude and feels as if they could care less. Would be happy to give five stars if the experience was more consistent!!!
