After 25 years of raising kids and becoming empty nesters, we left all of our furniture behind in Wyoming and moved to MN. We were finally in a position to buy new for our new home. We were very excited after "making due" all those years. We purchased a number of things from this company intending to fill our house. We received our dining room table and chairs 3 months after ordering. The table top made of wood was swelling due to faulty sealing of top. I followed procedures and waited for their reply. Weeks later we received a postcard with a control number denying our request. It stated they could not help us, but they did "appreciate our time". We have a number of items to purchase yet, but I can tell you we will never go back. Too bad they just opened a new store nearby.

Boy was I wrong! The Customer Service turned out to be great!!!! Earlier I had complained about the wait for my chair to be delivered and they moved it up to this week and apologized for any inconvenience. I tried to take my compliant down but I can’t for some reason. Bottom line is I am a Happy Camper now. Thanks Furniture Mary in Shakopee and Kari!

Please save yourself the heart ache and misery and do your research before you order anything that has to go through Furniture Mart USA. We ordered a bed frame and base, bedroom dressers, and a dining room table through Ashley furniture store. Furniture mart has our items but will not be delivering them until June 12th! That is 6 whole weeks from when we ordered the items. Absolutely ridiculous. The other items that came from Ashley furniture store have already been delivered. I will never ever ever order anything that has to go through Furniture Mart USA again. Thanks to them I will be sleeping on the floor for another month. What a terrible terrible terrible experience.
