Traditional clothing store with nice jeans and nice staff. At the mall the prices are equal to most others but still decently high to those buying more than a couple of things. Overall the atmosphere is nice and it's been around longer than I have.

Worst experience of my life. I purchased two items and tried to return them due to shrinking of one from an XL to a M And the other one balled up so bad it was terrible! I had my receipt and was within my 45 day return time frame. I was asked if I laundered them as the tag instructed, as if I did something wrong. Yes I said. I have a degree in Textiles, Apparel, and Design. I know clothing and fabric! I also worked in clothing retail for over 10 years. This was the first time I have ever had a problem with GAP clothes ever. I didn't think it would be this hard to return them. They said this was due to the damaged clothing? Excuse me? The defective clothing! They shrunk and balled up! Now they are sending me a merchandise voucher in the mail, 10 days wait. Which is fine. But Why would I ever purchase anything there again? I should have just donated to Goodwill. Not happy, disappointed in their service and quality of the items I purchased.

Being encouraged by the cashier, I signed into their "membership" card to get a discount. In that day, I paid for the items I bought in cash. After a month they sent me a bill to pay for the items with a late fee. First of all, I was told that it is a membership card and not a credit card. I have asked again and again, casher said "it's a membership card and not a credit card". This is cheating. Secondly, I have paid fully the remaining balance in cash. Worst of all, they didn't even want to discuss the confusion to reach to a solution. "You deal with the credit card company" I was told - but I didn't even know that I signed into a credit card let alone with a third party. Gap is not the place to do my shopping and hasn't been for quite some time.

not once have i been greeted or talked to by staff. a lady saw me, met eyes with me, and turned away to continue stocking up whatever merchandise it was she was stocking.
