One of the fastest way to upset a parent is to scold their child before they are given the chance to say anything to them first . I understand always cleaning the display case is annoying but when you have it right in front and low enough for kids you better expect it to happen! It's one thing if the kid is banging on the glass or acting out but simply looking at what they want to pick out is just rude. Was very disappointed .

We used to love this place but the last 3 times we tried to get a large cookie cake they have said they didn't have time. I called today and tried to order one and the lady said I have too much to do today so I can't. It's a little crazy since that's what their business is making cookies.

The most delicious cookies I've ever had! Plus amazing service! The employees were super nice and helped me with everything I needed. 10/10 amazing service, will definitely be coming back!

Whenever I come, I get excellent service, but they never offer me the employee discount or employee size drink since I work in the malls. They also didn't take my order while I waited at least ten minutes. They have great cookies though.

The girl with the dark hair was rude and didn't bother getting our order out of the case, she just went back to making dough as we stood waiting there and we ended up asked a nice girl with green hair. Plus the other girl was constantly looking at her phone and touching dough back and forth. Disgusting! Never coming here again.

Great place, fresh cookies, yeah u have to place an order for full cookie cake but i still had it in time for my event they evem hold it till close when i was running late
