the receptionist is horrible no professionalism i have called numerous times and each time I was met with a lady who gets mad for having to do her job I do not need to call and be met with attitude it drives away customers as well as people looking to receive help. as a company who is known for helping those with employment it is not in the best interest to keep this said eceptionist\. personally I would find someone more courteous professional and patient.

Been bringing my grandson here to the Sioux Falls branch for a couple weeks now. This is the third time they are late by at least 10 minutes to open the doors. How can they expect people to be on time for them when they are late themselves. Also from what my grandson has told me one of the girls that work here is very rude and not helpful in anyway.
I love working with the company here. The employees here are always funny and nice to me. As long as you try to come and work they will work with getting you.
Just came from this temp service, the black receptionist wasn't helpful, didn't offer any advice other than the question asked her, was about as helpful and as intelligent as the pens sitting in front of her. Temp receptionist, they start with smiles then turn into condescending hags who look down on 'who they choose to hire'.
They are very helpful people who get me a job.
