I have a Cadillac Escalade ESV that needed some work so I brought it over to this terrific dealership and they not only went through and fixed everything but they also did a full inspection and brought up a few other things that needed attention and got those fixed as well... And they even gave my vehicle a nice washing afterwards as a bonus. Rob Pattinson and the rest of the service crew over there are super professional and very nice to work with. they kept me informed by phone throughout the entire process and also gave me a vehicle to use while my vehicle was in the shop. I can tell you how hard it is to find good customer service these days because everybody knows that. This place gives you the good old fashion red carpet VIP service in everything they do. I would highly recommend this location if you need work on your Cadillac! Well done!

We recently test drove a vehicle with Victoria, and she was not only very knowledgeable about the vehicle she was very professional, helpful, and provided a wonderful overall experience! So unimpressed with this dealership. We picked up our 2021 Mercedes in Milwaukee Wisconsin and we are driving back to Seattle. At 300 miles a check engine light came on. We called this dealership and told them we could be there in 2 hours. We just wanted them to check and see if we could continue our drive. Brian the service writer told they are busy but to bring it in and he would get a tech to scan the computer and see what code it was. We got there at 10am. We filled out the information about us and the Mercedes and then told us that the tech was working on another car and then would need to take lunch and possibly look at it after lunch but no guarantee. I tried to explain to him again That we didn’t live there and this was a brand new car. He didn’t care. Needless to say we left and went to o’Reillys auto parts so they can pull the code and tell us if we could keep driving. They pulled the code and told me it was a filter code and it would probably clear itself. So we left and it wasn’t 20 miles and light went out and we made it home. I thought Mercedes catered to the customers like we have had in the past. I guess customer service was overlooked and now everything is powered by the mighty dollar. And not one employee wears a mask. We were the only ones we saw in dealership wearing one.
