I came in for a new litter box and cat food. The selection and pricing were good. The staff were friendly and asked if i needed help. The store was clean and well stocked. No complaints at all.

Had a grooming appointment scheduled for my mini aussie. Had a confirmed appointment for 3pm and was receiving texts trying to get me to push it back to 130pm which disrupted my schedule. Grooming wouldn't answer their phone for 2 hours and finally had to call the front desk. I warned them my dog can get anxious during grooms so maybe give him a little extra love, to which they responded by putting the manager on the phone and telling me they can't groom my dog. Weeks of scheduling for them to cancel on me one hour before the appointment.
Took our little Yorkie to Petco at Sioux Falls store for grooming today. We had Brie, which did a fantastic job!!!! I would recommend if you are in need of a pet grooming to request her as she did exactly what we asked and will continue going there for all of our grooming needs!!!
Happy doggie after spending the afternoon at the groomer. Chasity is amazing! Our dogs know her by name and are always happy to see her. She does a great job with them and always makes sure they are comfortable and happy. She also pays special attention to my baby girl's nails (which has always been a hassle for us to do at home).
