My review is about the Psychiatrist Dr. Chiu that practices there not about Psychological Solutions in general. I would suggest not going to Dr. Chiu unless you plan on staying with him for the rest of your entire life. Heaven forbid you ever need to change doctors because him and his nurse will make you regret that decision. I needed to switch due to personal reasons and requested my records be sent to my new psychiatrist. Not only did they not send the records, Cassi, Dr Chiu's nurse, ignored the request for over 3 weeks then bombarded me with text messages asking if this was something I really wanted to do. I said yes, please send them. She then proceeded to send THE WRONG RECORDS and after no reply from multiple messages that I and the new psychiatrist sent, we finally gave up. This was the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed and wasn't very please with this staff.
