Called in to the parts department because I was going to order stacks for a 1993 w900 and I needed to know the factory elbow number. The \kind\ parts person was nice enough to something along the lines of \oh you're going to double the value of your truck?\ Don't worry. I'll gladly use the kenworth dealer thats closer in the future. Attached are photos of the 2000 dollar truck in question.

Friday went to Love’s for an air leak. Kenworth couldn’t find or wouldn’t give Love’s tech the part number. Waited all weekend till Kenworth opened and brought my truck to them early Monday morning. Miraculously, they suddenly found the part number and a day later truck was repaired. When I questioned them on their apparent lack of ethics they ignored my questions and basically pushed me out the door. I could have been on the road days ago except for their ineptitude or greed. #NEVERAGAIN will I bring my truck to this shop.
