Horrible waste of my time. I called at 10:20am and did the pre-screen for COVID testing with a non-medical staff member. I provided all my insurance information and was called back shortly after for an RN screening. I was set up with a virtual appointment at 2pm and was told to be prepared to log in for a virtual appointment after receiving a text. I never received a text, so at 2:30 I called and was told that they were unning behind\. Fine, I understand that, but maybe a call or text message letting the patient know would be nice. I waited until 3:30 pm and finally gave up. I called another provider and was able to get my testing completed within an hour. Definitely won't go to Sioux Falls Urgent Care for ANYTHING if this is how they treat their patients.

went here back in august to get a covid test and they made me wait an hour just to talk to a doctor over video chat he was insisting i take the covid test waited at the door and they never let me in charged me 300 for a video chat and never sent me a bill in the mail and now its in collections

When I what there the show me how to run a machine that they give you for a peep your knee cool I think they're very helpful

If you want to have to call them a bunch of times and never have your results actually told to you by a doctor or have a decent call back I’d go to them. Had to have another medical person outside of their company tell me what the results meant and what I should do to help heal. Poor communication skills on the staffs part.

Staff was incredibly rude. Would talk down to me when I asked questions when something didn't make sense. I also had to encounter the manager. He was very arrogant and attempted to use big words to sounds intelligent. It did not work.
