I was in a bit of a hurry today when I stopped in but did try a sample of iced Bonita Peach Rooibos and it was delicious! I purchased a 3 tea sampler. I'm more of a coffee drinker than tea but will definitely return to try a few more and to spend more time looking at spices. I appreciate that even though the mask mandate has ended that they require masks.

The Spice and Tea Exchange is hands down one of my favorite places in downtown Sioux Falls! It is the perfect cozy spot to visit on a rainy day or if you just need a pick-me-up. The customer service is phenomenal and I always find a new delicious tea or spice blend every time I visit! They also allow dogs, which I LOVE. My favorites are the Emperor's Chai or the taco spice blend!

Very nice store! We were impressed by the wide selection of seasonings for meats, dips, salad dressings, and anything else. The teas were all great and pretty reasonably priced for loose leaf. There were also some small items that would make great gifts. The nicest part was the staff, who were able to walk us through various different seasonings or teas and give us great recommendations based on their actual experiences. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even though we didn't know much. We will be coming back to support this local business by buying some of their unique teas and meat seasonings.

One of my favorite little stores downtown. An incredible variety of teas. But their spices and cooking ingredients are really fun! Spiced sugars, spice blends, all kinds of good stuff. And the people who run it and work there are too notch.

An absolute most stop when downtown, whether it's too pick up your spices salts sugars or tea, even just to enjoy a cop brewed for you right there.

Great variety of - you guessed it - tea and spice. I love the tea accessories, the candles, and other "extra" items they have available in the store. I also really love the sample recipes that they have available in the store - I have gotten some great meal ideas from these! The staff are very helpful if you are looking for something specific.
