I dropped of an Amazon package to be returned. The item was never scanned and went missing. Still yet to be found.

I had a return from Amazon and it said to bring it to ups. The dude was already giving me sass at ups because he didn't know what shorter curtains meant. Horrible customer service. The guy told me to bring it to Kohl's, which I did, and was told to bring it to ups, and that they were wrong. Thanks for wasting my time.

Needed to ship an optic back for warranty repairs, is a non-FFL item and they refused my package. The UPS guidelines for packages includes even FFL items which requires licensing, this was just a scope, no special licensing required.
