We took our car to TMA on 41st when our wipers broke on our car. They got it right in and found the wiper transmission was broke. He quoted us 328.00 to repair. We decided to drive home to Nebraska and have our mechanic fix it. Just picked the car up and the price with labor was 182.00!!!!! Didn't even take him 1/2 hour to fix. The part was 156.00. I really think they were trying to rip us off because we were from out of town and it was snowing and really needed our wipers. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Mechanics are lazy and disrespectful. Nothing I have brought there ever comes out right. Normally comes out worse. Management is just the same, lazy and disrespectful. Don't take your car here for anything not even for a tire rotation, they'll probably mess that up too.
