I was told by my sister to see Dr. Barker. Not only did they get my pain under control but I was able to message nurses and I talked with the doctor after my final test. If you are having urology issues I would recommend this place. The nurses were all professional and when I needed info regarding insurance coverage etc. they were very helpful. Yes it is going to cost me but my health is worth it. You won’t regret going to this clinic.

They never answe phones. I gave spent over 30 minutes waiting on line. If I could a given them no stars I would have. I talked to the office manager End of course to use covid as an excuse. People need to stop using the virus as an excuse to not do their job. 15 minutes on hold just to talk to somebody once 14 minutes to talk to somebody the 2nd time is unacceptable in a medical office. It's too bad there's not another urology clinic in town we would be going there. The treatment of the patients is ridiculous. Our time is valuable too but they don't seem to care about that. They need to step up and hire as many people as it takes to get the phone calls answered within 5 minutes. I worked in a phone call center and this is not acceptable time in answering a phone. The doctors and nurses are very friendly we've experienced but their front desk needs a complete and utter overhaul!!!

Receptionist could find no record of my having surgery the previous Tuesday..... besides taking up to half an hour to answer the phone...ugh!!!

Over 30 min just for them to awswer the phone. than you have to tell the phone person your whole medical history before you can talk to a nurse about the same private matters , you cant call this place during a normal break and verify an appointment time in under 30 min, you have to give the phone person your medical background just to wait for 3 hrs for a call back very unprofessional , i was told i by two different team members 2 different stories about procedure i still dont know what was done or how it got done
