Travis Dairy in parts is exceptional and absolutely phenomenal. I called another Vander Haags location and talked to someone, I’m not naming any names.. and got the run around for nearly a week, and I was getting aggravated because I’d call and dial the extension of said person and never would answer my calls, send me to voice mail and didn’t even have the courtesy to call me back and let me know something.. anything.. but I decided to give it one more effort and call and try my luck with someone else instead of the gentleman I was talking to previously who didn’t help me at all. I spoke with Travis Dairy and I immediately knew he was the go to guy, I got really lucky when I called and he picked up the phone because within 15 minutes of our first contact he found both pieces I was looking for which apparently are difficult pieces to find because every place I’d call has none and also I couldn’t find anything online... imagine that! But regardless Travis knew what I needed and he knew exactly where to find it ( parts was located at two different locations) This Travis really loves his and job and it shows because he took time with me and got me everything I needed. I am beyond pleased with the whole experience I completely forget about the previous experience I had with another location over the phone. If you call Vander Haags I certainly hope you get lucky enough to speak with Travis because he is extremely good. I’m not giving his extension out because I don’t want him tied up helping someone else when I need him again lol When I call Vander Haags again I’m definitely dialing Travis Dairy’s extension. He is gold!! Thanks for all the help Travis.
