0n 11dec2020, i went to ABX sipitang to pick up my parcel, but unfortunately the clerk said "runner" will send it to my house around 9am. I go home and wait until evening but no call or message i receive. I check my shoppe receive item notification and found out that "runner" already call me but i did't respond his call. I am curios why they need to ask runner to send my parcel when i already come to their office to collect the item? Until 13dec2020 i did't receive my parcel ...
