very very very very bad experiance. The lady at the help desk in rathimeena parcel service sirkali. very bad response when customer call .. sometimes when we call she cut the fone and when we call back they never takes.. noproper location instructions no proper contact detals and information... help deak person acts like they never get paid for qahat they doing ther... i reallly wanted to inform this.. please all the customers next time when you go pls every one ask every details properly and get .
