I was lucky enough to run into these guys on the jobsite a few years ago. I own a medium sized masonry company so I realize how rare it is to find a quality tradesman these days. Words can't express how relieved I am to have found Sisler Heating. I don't pretend to understand how the system works from top to bottom, but I know enough to realize geothermal isn't something to call just any technician to troubleshot. My Geo went on a Friday night late with temps dropping to the low teens. The tech answered my call and got my system to make it through the night with directions over the phone. He showed up to repair it the next morning. The tech Jason actually stayed in contact all the way up to the repair to make sure we were doing alright ,and told me to call any hour of the night if the system kicked off again. This is the second time Sisler has been to my home; the other being a routine checkup on the system. They show up on time and are professional. Their techs understand the system completely and you get what you pay for in quality work. They are the only company in the area I would ever consider letting work on my system again. In 25 years of construction I've run into maybe a dozen contractors I feel comfortable enough with to recommend to my costumers. Sisler Heating is definitely on that short list of recommendations.

A fine local business for many years...being new to the area I did website and customer reviews before selecting the Sisler firm. After comparing phone responses and pricing the Sisler firm won hands down...very pleasant, professional and affordable service. They notified by text appointment times and the in route technician arrival so I didn't have to sit and wait wondering when so I could continue my work...when the tech arrived he was so nice and mask worthy and his work and communication skills were great so I easily understood what, where, when and how the issues would be resolved. Sisler is indeed worthy of my 5 star reating and I plan to continue using them for all my furnace and central air conditioning needs. Stephen

We have now used Sisler’s two times and they are amazing. First they are prompt and arrive when they say they are going to. Second they are very knowledgeable and professional. We moved into a home with geothermal which we knew nothing about and the technician was so patient and explained everything and answered our questions. And since he also had geo thermal he was a great resource for us. In addition the cost was very reasonable to have them out to check everything and make the needed repairs. I would highly recommend Sisler’s and am amazed by their knowledge base. And it was a bonus that the partner needed was in the truck.

From the time I called and made the service appointment for routine service on our geothermal system, I was kept informed with several text messages including a reminder, and when the service tech was headed my way. It had his picture in the text so I knew his name and a little bit about him, including a 5-star rating. Very helpful!! Before entering our home he put on shoe coverings, which I always appreciate! Jason was friendly, loved on our dog, and was professional!
