I had a terrible experience when renting a house for the weekend at this company. The house was lacking basic maintenance, even the floors were not in proper condition, and the management was unprofessional and dishonest — they even stole money from our deposit although we hadn’t broken anything. Honestly, if you want nice holidays, book a stay anywhere else.

We rented a Winter rental apartment from Hello Apartments Sitges this year.Ruth was the member of the team who we dealt with, who made the whole process an extremely positive experience for us from start to finish: Email contact was always prompt and helpful prior to us arriving, and whilst we were in Sitges , Ruth was available whenever we needed her - always dealing with any issues that arose immediately and efficiently. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable and very well located. I would have no hesitation in recomending this agency to anyone in the future and would certainly use them again.
I was so happy to find Hello Apartments in Sitges!! This was my first trip ever to Sitges and finding the perfect place was my key choice and Hello Apartments did not disappoint. They were awesome with explaining everything from beginning to end. Nuria was wonderful and explained everything to me when we met at the property. I will definitely work with them again.
This apartment was great!! It's well situated (a short walk to the beach, train station and grocery stores) and well equipped (washing machine came in handy) and very comfortable. The terrace was a lovely touch; and breakfast with the blue sky above, boosts this rental to 5. We loved our time in Sitges! JP & Rémi from Montreal, Canada.
We had vacation with friends and stayed in Hello Appartments Beach House. It has a nice terrace with a lot of place to have a rest, it has barbecue, a bit old but still usable. Tho bathrooms, one of the hem is outside, and is easy accessible from the terrace. There is also one more shower right in the terrace, which is really nice to use after the sea. One wish is to add trash bins to the bathrooms, we were missing them a bit. The sea beach is 3 minutes by foot, super easy accessible, as well as a lots of restaurants. Any concern was solved easy and quickly by the direct WhatsApp communication. In general we enjoyed the holidays and reckoned this place.
