It took me years to admit to myself that I needed help for my debilitating anxiety and stress. So the best thing I ever did was to find such an unbelievable therapist, who just got me. Caroline is great, but, as wonderful, caring, and superb she is as a person, it's her ability to achieve results and get me back on track, physically and mentally, that has saved me. I've been to many therapists over the years and my only advice is to get someone professionally qualified, like Caroline and when you've finally got a good one, to stick with it and with them. I couldn't recommend the Here to Help Co more, the difference she has made to my life has been almost magical.
