Do love Japanese food and this restaurant really makes an effort on not only the quality of the food it serves but the service makes you feel special. Lovely decoration and a cosy elegant feel it’s a great location for a date night or fun with friends. We enjoyed a house special sashimi with salmon, butterfish, scallops, fresh prawns and one of the best tunas I have eaten (one of those special moments when it’s perfect). We were lucky enough to have the same tuna in the tuna tataki so great. We also had 2 of the house special maki rolls, maki bare a salmon tartare, chive and tempura bits which just melts in the mouth!. The maki Osaka is quite something banana tempura, cream cheese, avocado, salmon teriyaki eels marinade topped with salmon roe... this is an incredible explosion of flavours in the mouth, delicious. Enjoyed an excellent white Ribeiro wine called Cunqueiro. A most pleasant evening in a wonderful restaurant.
Best sushi in town by a mile! Trust me, my husband and I have tried many sushi places and Michelin stars restaurants and La Estrella is by far the most delicious sushi I have ever tried. The creativity and mix of flavours from Brasil and Japan brings an explosion of sensations in the mouth. We brought a friend with us one day and he said it was like having a food tasting orgasm! Go for the special makis, Baré and Osaka are the top of the list, also California special for a fresh start/end. Service is top too! You are in for a treat ;)
A real must-visit for anyone coming to Sitges! Fine dining Japanese-SE Asian fusion with truly unique and innovative dishes with top quality ingredients. Service very friendly and welcoming!
Mind blowing butter fish shashimi, and very good the rest of the shashimi platter as well (excellent the prawns and vieira) impeccable prawn tempura and very good spicy special maki roll (not that spicy:) .. To come back for sure, not crazy price for the quality you get:) definitely worthy!! We'll be back!!
