There is one thing being pushy, and a diferent one being plain thick. I have a property in Vinyet, Sitges, not for sale (and if I had to sale, they would be the last ones to be notified to be fair) and I keep getting spam in my postbox, but not only that, they keep buzzing while I'm home asking to have a word (over 6 times in the last 3 months). The flat for sale is next door, I've told them many times via call and whatsapp, they won't listen, I'm on a conference call, and here's Eli, after lunch rest? Here's Eli. It's ridiculous, please stop, you are embarrassing, stop trying to invade my personal space. I am going to call the \oficina del consumidor\ tomorrow and as a local, will continue sharing my lovely feedback about you lot to everybody I know in town.

Lucas Fox and Rachel are perfect! 5 Star Rating ! Rachel is very helpful, reliable as well as extremely responsive! She is British, but lives in Spain for decades which makes her a perfect agent for foreigners to find a suitable property! I can really recommend her!!

Lucas Fox in Sitges have been fantastic in helping us purchase our flat. Samantha Gore in particular has been an absolute star. She has gone out her way to support us every step of the way, has helped save us thousands in legal and banking fees and taken all the stress out of house buying. Well. As much as is humanly possible. Up until now I'd believed estate agents work mainly for the seller!
We worked with Jorge Martin at Lucas Fox. A first class experience. Firstly he listened to our list of needs and 'nice to haves'. As a local he sat us down and explained not only Sitges, the houses he planned to show us but why he was showing us there. He recommended a mortgage broker and a lawyer (both used to dealing with English speakers - this was very important). When it came to the back and forth with the owners, he was, I felt an honest broker for both the seller and ourselves as the buyer. As non Spanish speakers and first time buyers in Spain I'm sure we were not the easiest to deal with - he had great patience.
